A weekend for the second form. This seminar is suitable for everyone who is confident in the first form and wants to specifically develop and/or deepen the second form. We talk about the applications, perfect the implementation and understand the movements through targeted contact training. Since the second form is a basic requirement for many applications and is closely linked to the wooden dummy, this weekend seminar is the perfect opportunity to quickly and effectively get fit for lessons and other topics such as CHI SAU and LAP SAU.

First form just for beginners? No! Definitely beginner-friendly but also suitable for any other Ving Tsun person to perfect and understand. According to Volker's words: “When training the SIU LIM TAO, we don't yet know anything about turns and other forms. We are simply in the first form and implement it in the best possible way.” The first form represents the basis for all other forms and exercises. It creates the basic movements, the basic understanding and, above all, the necessary body tension, which is essential to avoid poor posture and injuries is. If you are new to Ving Tsun and would like to practice the first form intensively or if you would like to deepen it for yourself, regardless of your level of training, you have come to the right place. We train the form, create the first connections to the second form, go into the application and give a perfect body training.

Standing in one place for eight hours and training LAP SAU? That was once. The students of the Kung Fu School already know that Volker Boekhoff has technically expanded and re-explained the LAP SAU. This weekend we will delve deeper into the meaning of the LAP SAU, its possible applications and the connections to other techniques.

A combination of the first and second forms will be examined in more detail at the fifth weekend seminar: the CHI SAU. We deepen the execution of our movements and gain an increased understanding of the techniques and connections. The wooden doll as our strengthening counterpart is examined more closely and the techniques of the SIU LIM TAO and CHUM KIU are explained on it. Of course it also goes into the direct wooden doll form and the wooden doll air form. The second form is also discussed in this seminar and brought into connection with the wooden doll.

The SIU LIM TAO as the basis for all other techniques and forms and the CHUM KIU based on it, as a prerequisite for MUK YAN JON, CHI SAU, LAP SAU, etc. Will be examined in more detail, put into context and trained again this weekend.
